Okay, firstly: Trust your gut! Especially if your fiancé is also uncomfortable with how she’s behaving. You’re right to want to step away for a little until she’s able to figure her own stuff out. It can be exhausting to maintain a friendship that feels one-sided, especially when they’re also being weird and predatory toward your partner.
