This question has come up tons of times in Diem over the past few months and as someone who adores being alone, I have lots of thoughts for you.

Have you watched the Sex and the City episode where Carrie talks about her Secret Single Behaviour? They’re the things you love doing when no one’s watching. Start by recognizing what those things are. What do you love doing when you’re home alone? Or when no one’s watching? Start to celebrate those little moments as things to look forward to, and recognize them as moments you enjoy spending by yourself—not just mundane activities.
