We’ve all gotten the ick from time to time, but it usually happens early on in a relationship. What if the ick comes ten years later? Can it be overcome? And what if getting the ick really just means recognizing red flags? Here’s what Diemers had to say about this predicament:

This is normal

I think its normal to fall into a routine. I would start by talking with him :) not in a blaming way but an invitation to reconnect and slowly find solutions together. This distance might be a sum of monotony charged with unsaid things on both ends. 🩷
