thank you for talking about this emma ✨ I had totally the same experience as you (shut up, feel rubbish, deal with it) until I met Chelsea. I think that even giving yourself permission to feel the fluctuations of a cycle is such an important first step 🌱
I think it is possible to have a "better" period, but obviously that is very individual to everyone. I have been taking Chinese herbs for the past 6 months to help with my hormonal acne. In the process, not only has it helped my acne, but my period is so much lighter and the cramping has lessened, making me a more functional human being.
